Delicious muffins with milk chocolate and cocoa nibs for a crunchy texture. A little cake that you can make with the kids, who will be thrilled.
Break the chocolate into rough pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, chocolate pieces, cocoa nibs. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: oil, beaten eggs. Combine the dry and wet ingredients together to incorporate them.
Pour the batter into a muffin tin or individual cups. Bake for about 20 minutes (adjust according to your oven).
To finish, enjoy it warm or cold... as you like 🙂
