For a snack or dessert, squares of marshmallow and crispy cereal are sure to please everyone. You just need to melt some of the ingredients, and it's done. A great idea to do with the kids.
In a microwave-safe container, melt the butter and marshmallows on high power for 2 minutes (stirring after 1 minute), then mix until smooth.
Then add the vanilla, followed by the cereal while stirring.
