Ingredients
 500 Ground beef
 3 cloves Garlic
 5 Onion
 1 Yellow bell pepper
 1 Red bell pepper (or small pepper)
 1 Diced tomato
 2 Chili powder
 1 Oregano
 1 Brown sugar
 1 Wine vinegar
 1 Cumin
 1 Thyme
 1 Cornstarch
 Salt and pepper
 1 dash Olive oil
 Chives
 1 Cheddar (or grated cheese)
 Sour cream (optional)

Preparation of the vegetables: Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse and slice the red and yellow bell peppers thinly. Chop the chives and rinse the lettuce. Cut the lettuce into strips and arrange on a plate with the cheese. Set aside for the end.

Cooking In a wok or a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic. Cook until softened, then add the meat. After 5-7 minutes, add the yellow bell pepper and then the red one. Mix and add a handful of chopped chives.

Simmer Add the can of diced tomatoes with the juice and let it simmer for just 5 minutes. Season and add the paprika, chili powder, oregano, thyme, brown sugar, vinegar, cumin, and the tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Serving At the moment of serving, quickly heat the pita bread, place the plate of salad and cheese on the table along with a small pot of sour cream. Make a small opening on the top, fill it with some spicy Mexican beef, salad, meat, sour cream, and cheese.
