Drain the chickpeas. Rinse and chop the parsley. Break the nuts. Place all the ingredients (except for the sesame seeds for final decoration) in a blender and blend gently, adding olive oil gradually until a smooth cream is achieved.
Fill ramekins and appetizer spoons. For decoration, add one or two walnut halves and sesame seeds.
To finish, enjoy with breadsticks.
