Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, stir with a spatula, and moisten your fingers to prevent sticking. Shape into patties about 1 cm thick and cook for 5 minutes on each side (in a pan or, as I did, in a greased electric griddle!). The patties can be enjoyed warm or cold as a side dish.
