For the meringue
 4 Egg white
 200 Sugar
 50 Powdered sugar
For the cream
 40 Light cream
 200 Mascarpone
 30 Sugar
 1 clove Vanilla

Start by preheating your oven to 110°C.

On parchment paper, draw two circles with a diameter of 20 centimeters.

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the sugar. Once well beaten, fold in the sifted powdered sugar using a spatula.

Place your mixture in a piping bag and form 2 circles with a diameter of 20 centimeters on your parchment paper.

Bake for 2 hours and let cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In a mixing bowl, whip the very cold cream.

In another bowl, mix the sugar with the mascarpone, scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and add them.
