Marshmallow Bear Recipe

 100 Milk chocolate

You will need a bear-shaped mold that you can find online or in some craft stores...

Melt half of the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave (medium power). Using a brush, evenly coat the inside of the molds. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, put the marshmallows with a teaspoon of water and microwave for 30 seconds (normal power) until they puff up... Whip them vigorously until you obtain a smooth cream.

Take the molds out of the fridge and place a teaspoon of marshmallow paste in each bear (don't put in too much or you will have difficulty closing your bears). Set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Finally, melt the rest of the chocolate and brush it over each bear. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. (The longer you wait, the more set the marshmallow center will be!)
