Prepare the chocolate dough in the same way. Melt the butter. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and cocoa. Add the liquid cream, then the flour and baking powder. Incorporate the melted butter. Set aside.
To finish, in a mold, pour in half of the vanilla batter, then the chocolate batter, followed by the other half of the vanilla batter. Use a spatula to create swirls. Bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife. Unmold and let cool.
