For the vanilla dough
 130 Sugar
 100 Flour
 30 Butter
 5 Egg yolk
 7 Liquid cream
 1 clove Vanilla
 2 Baking powder
For the chocolate dough
 110 Sugar
 90 Flour
 30 Butter
 4 Egg yolk
 20 Cocoa powder
 6 Liquid cream
 2 Baking powder

Preheat the oven to 165 °C. Grease and flour a loaf pan.

Prepare the vanilla dough. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with the seeds. Add them to the sugar.

In a saucepan, melt the butter.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar. Add the liquid cream, flour, and baking powder. Whisk again. Incorporate the butter. Set aside.

Prepare the chocolate dough in the same way. Melt the butter. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and cocoa. Add the liquid cream, then the flour and baking powder. Incorporate the melted butter. Set aside.

To finish, in a mold, pour in half of the vanilla batter, then the chocolate batter, followed by the other half of the vanilla batter. Use a spatula to create swirls. Bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife. Unmold and let cool.
