Ingredients
 2 Currants
 200 Raspberries
 1 Mango
 1 Lemon juice
 10 Coriander seeds
 ½ Grated fresh ginger
 1 Chopped onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Olive oil
 2 Honey
 1 Pepper

Cut the tortilla using a star-shaped cookie cutter and the

Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion in a tablespoon of olive oil and deglaze with lemon juice.

Add the mango, coriander, ginger, and two tablespoons of honey. Season with pepper and then mix. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly.

Remove heat and let cool. Mash the raspberries in a saucepan with a fork. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove the heat and add the currants. Mix and let cool.

Prepare the cups: distribute the red fruits at the bottom of the cups and then cover with the mango chutney.

To finish, add a slice of cheese in each small container and decorate with small golden stars.
