Cook the pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the package.
Juice the two lemons. Wash the parsley.
In a hot, oiled pan, brown the shrimp for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice, white wine, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Reduce for 5 minutes over low heat.
To finish, serve the pasta accompanied by the shrimp and lemon sauce with a few sprigs of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
