Simple red lentil soup, the favorite soup of the whole family, to get a boost of vitamins.

Ingredients
 1 Red lentils
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Tomato paste
 1 Potato
 1 Carrot
 1 pinch Pepper
 1 pinch Red pepper
 1 pinch Cumin
 3 Olive oil
 Mint

In your pressure cooker, grate the onion, chop the garlic and spices into small pieces, add the olive oil, sauté everything, add the tomato paste, and stir until you obtain a sauce.

Add the grated potato and carrot that you prepared earlier, along with the bowl of lentils, add water, salt, and let it cook for 15 minutes.

To finish, after cooking, add the mint and mix the soup with a whisk, let it rest for 10 minutes. You can incorporate a few drops of lemon juice at the moment of serving. Enjoy your meal.
