Ingredients
 250 green lentils
 200 dry white wine
 1 Potato
 350 Water
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Carrot
 1 Vegetable broth
 Salt
 Pepper

Peel the potato, carrot, onion, and garlic and cut them into pieces.

Add the carrot, onion, and garlic to the bowl of the food processor, then blend for 5 seconds at speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

To finish, add the white wine, diced potato, and water to the bowl along with the broth and lentils. Season with salt and pepper, then set for 40 minutes at 100 °C, reverse direction, spoon mode.
