Ingredients
 10 Butter
 100 Fresh cheese
 25 Lemon Sugar
 2 Egg
 2 Unwaxed lemon
 1 Unwaxed lemon zest
 2 Unprocessed lemon juice
 4 Lemon Marmalade

Blend the cakes and mix them with the melted butter. Distribute them evenly at the bottom of 4 mousse rings, pressing down well.
