A delicious leek and ham gratin. This ingredient is your ally in the kitchen, a unique recipe made from durum wheat and tapioca to add sweetness and creaminess to all your dishes!
Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 6).
Wash and cut the leeks into small pieces, cook them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Bring the milk to a boil, sprinkle in the flour, and cook for 3 minutes while continuously stirring.
Remove from heat, add the cream, grated cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Grease a non-stick baking dish with margarine.
Pour half of the sauce, the diced ham, and the chopped leeks.
To finish, cover with the remaining sauce, sprinkle the dish with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
