Ingredients
 5 Leek white.
 200 Bacon bits
 4 Egg
 20 Milk
 Salt
 Pepper
 Olive oil

Roll out the dough in a tart pan, prick it with a fork, and pre-bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Wash the leeks and keep only the white part. Cut the white part of the leeks into small pieces.

In a skillet, pour a little oil and sauté the leek, add the bacon, mixing well until cooked. On the pre-baked pie crust, pour the leek and bacon mixture.

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a whisk, add the cream, mix again, then add the milk, mix well, season the preparation with salt and pepper. Pour the quiche mixture over the leek and bacon mixture.

To finish, bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
