The galette is always a good moment with family and friends. It's time to enjoy a sweet treat and laugh while pretending to have the bean. Here is the recipe to make your life easier and to delight you.
In a mixing bowl, start by combining the softened butter, powdered sugar, half of the egg, almond flour, and cornstarch.
Add the almond milk and then keep it cool.
Take 2 circles of puff pastry and spread almond cream on one, leaving the edges free, and place a bean on the side of the almond cream.
Place the second dough disc and seal the edges together by crimping the sides of the pastry.
Mix the egg, the egg yolk, and the water, and with a brush, lightly glaze the top of the pastry. Then, using a knife, gently score the pastry.
To finish, bake for 10 minutes at 200°, then lower the oven to 180° for 40 minutes. When taking the pastry out of the oven, spread a thin layer of syrup (a mixture of sugar and water brought to a boil during cooking) and let the pastry cool before enjoying.
