 4 Chicken thigh
 3 Honey
 1 Mustard
 2 Soy sauce
 15 Chicken broth
 1 Plain yogurt
 Pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7). In a bowl, mix honey with mustard and soy sauce. Add pepper but do not salt, as the soy sauce is already salty. Spread this mixture over the chicken thighs, place them in a dish, and moisten with broth. Bake and roast for 1 to 1.5 hours, basting occasionally with the juice. Serve the pieces in a warm serving dish. Incorporate yogurt into the cooking juices, stir, and adjust the seasoning. Serve the thighs topped with this sauce and accompanied, like me, with plain rice or pasta or steamed potatoes.
