This recipe is very easy to make. It can be colorful or not and in unlimited shapes. The result is always great. These meringues are a treat for both kids and adults. Enjoy!

 100 Egg white
 100 Sugar
 100 Icing sugar

Whip the egg whites and add the sugar in three batches, then add the desired coloring. When the egg whites are well whipped, gently fold in the powdered sugar using a spatula.

To finish, pipe onto parchment paper using a piping bag fitted with a nozzle of your choice. Then bake at 95°C/100°C for 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the size. Enjoy your meal!
