 200 Powdered sugar
 3 Vanilla sugar
 3 Egg white
 1 Butter

Remove the baking tray from the oven and line it with a sheet of buttered parchment paper using the butter.

Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Mix the ground almonds, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add the egg whites and mix with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Finally, place small mounds of dough on the parchment paper, spacing them out as the dough expands during baking, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove them from the oven, detach them from the parchment paper, and allow them to cool patiently on a rack.

    Much too sweet for my taste but still delicious. I will make them again with significantly less sugar. My suggestion: Decrease the amount of sugar.

    Problem with the recipe?? I followed the recipe, but I also ended up with a liquid dough that spreads too much on the baking sheet... In the end, my macarons are more like almond pancakes! But the taste is very good. My suggestion: I tried adding a bit of baking powder for my last batches, but it doesn’t help, they don’t rise!

    Macarons In your presentation, you mention whipped egg whites. However, in the recipe, the whites are incorporated as they are into the mixture, and everything is whipped with a mixer. What should be done actually?
