 450 Icing sugar
 5 Gelatin
 30 Cold water
 50 Glucose syrup

Preparation of the gelatin In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with cold water and let it swell for 5 minutes. Heat in a double boiler until fully dissolved.

Mix the liquid ingredients. Add the glucose syrup and glycerin to the melted gelatin. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Add to the powdered sugar In a large bowl, place the sifted powdered sugar in a mound. Gradually pour the liquid mixture into the center, working the dough with a spatula.
