Here is an excellent recipe for oat bran and banana pancakes (without the extra pounds the next day!). Perfect for breakfast.

Beat the egg whites until they are frothy.
Add the cup of oat bran and mix.
Add the banana (previously mashed) and mix until a fairly thick batter is obtained.
To finish, add the teaspoon of vanilla. For the garnish, I add dark chocolate, but feel free to choose your own.
