Grilled Summer Vegetable Pita with Blood Sausage and Onions Recipe

Ingredients
 2 blood sausages with onions
 1 Red bell pepper
 1 green bell pepper
 1 Red onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 2 Olive oil
 50 young shoots or arugula salad
 1 Cucumber
 1 Greek yogurt
 2 Lemon juice
 2 Chopped fresh dill
 Flower of salt
 Freshly ground pepper
Directions

Cut the peppers into thin strips and mince the red onion and garlic.

Cook the black puddings with onions in a pan with a bit of fat, lightly browning them.

Heat the olive oil and quickly grill the vegetables. Set aside.

Prepare the sauce by mixing together Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Slice the blood sausages into pieces.

Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

To finish, cut the pita bread in half. Fill each half with yogurt sauce, some lettuce leaves, grilled vegetables, cucumber, and black pudding with onions.
