Unusual, this recipe for grilled melon, chorizo crumble, and feta is a delight!
Cut the chorizo and butter into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl with the breadcrumbs, flour, and Parmesan cheese.
Knead until the butter is well incorporated into the mixture.
Crumble the dough onto a baking tray and bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 200°C (the crumble should be lightly golden).
Cut the melon into slices and brush with honey.
Grill.
To finish, arrange the slices of melon on plates, sprinkle with crumble, feta, and mint (previously chopped).
