Orange cookies

Ingredients
 2 Egg
 100 Powdered sugar
 200 Flour
 125 Melted butter
 1 Baking powder
 1 Orange extract or other

Mix the sugar with the eggs until the mixture whitens, then add the melted butter and the orange extract. Next, add the flour and baking powder, and mix. Make small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a very hot oven at 240°C (thermostat 7-8).

    I couldn't find the cooking time, so I kept an eye on it. My oven only goes up to 230 degrees. Plus, I tend to be a bit heavy-handed, but they ended up cooked. I placed some foil on top towards the end of the cooking process; I admit I took them out at the last minute. Thank you!

    Good little dry cake, but it lacks the cooking time. I baked it for 5 minutes in a hot oven, and that's quite enough. In my preparation, I used lemon verbena syrup and salted butter caramel (1 teaspoon of each).

    Perfect, quick, and tasty! However, with my old oven, I burned the bottom of the first batch, then I set it to 200°C and now it's perfect :)

    Very good little cakes for breakfast or a snack. I personally don't use baking powder, but I add vanilla sugar, and my husband always asks for them. They are quick to cook.

    Easy and super good recipe. I put the batter in small silicone molds (canneled and flower shapes) which resulted in a very nice outcome and were easy to unmold. Will definitely make again without moderation. Everyone loved it. Thank you for this recipe.
