 90 Whole milk
 30 Fresh cream
 3 Egg
 100 Grated cheese
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Nutmeg
 Salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Rub a baking dish with garlic.

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and arrange them in the dish.

Mix the eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg together, using a spoon or a blender. Cover the potatoes with the mixture. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Finally, add the grated cheese and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Prick the potatoes with a fork. If they are soft, all that's left is to enjoy.

    With cheese, it's not a potato gratin!! It's more of a Savoy gratin.
