This dessert is absolutely delicious. It has a very airy and light texture despite the addition of whipped cream. It can be made with any seasonal fruit.
Start by placing the plain yogurt in a strainer and let it drain for several hours in advance, or better yet, the night before. For the plain yogurt, you can use cow's milk yogurt.
Wash your fruits and cut them into pieces. Mix the granulated sugar with the drained yogurt. Place the bowl of the mixer and the whisk in the freezer for 20 minutes (especially recommended if it's hot). Then whip the liquid cream into whipped cream with 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar. Gently mix the yogurt with the whipped cream.
To finish, fill your glasses with the yogurt mixed with whipped cream, alternating with a layer of fruit coulis or jam. Place the fresh fruit, cut into pieces, on top and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
