A recipe for ultra-crispy and melting sweet and savory pastries with goat cheese and honey, I highly recommend it.
Cut each sheet in half and fold the rounded side to create a rectangle.
Place a portion of goat cheese at one end, drizzle lightly with honey, and fold into a triangle by bringing the left side of the pastry over to the right and up. Seal well.
To finish, brush each pastry with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C until they are golden and crispy.
