Gluten-Free No-Bake Chocolate and Red Fruit Pizza Recipe

AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

One of my great pleasures in the kitchen is to surprise others, and with this dessert pizza, I had a lot of fun. Easy to prepare and can be made in advance, this chocolate and red fruit pizza (gluten-free and no-bake) should create a buzz when it arrives at the table and even more after tasting!

Yields6 Servings
Prep Time30 mins
Ingredients
 100 Strawberry
 100 Blueberry
150 Almond flour (or hazelnut or shredded coconut)
100 Dark chocolate (85% for me)
8 Coconut oil or melted butter (approximately 10 tablespoons)
 6 Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Agave syrup (or honey, or powdered sugar)
1 Creamy yogurt (or white cheese)
 1 pinch Salt
Directions
1

Line a 20 cm diameter tart pan with parchment paper.

2

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In a second mixing bowl, melt the chocolate broken into pieces in a double boiler (or in the microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds). Add the coconut oil (or melted butter) and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Mix and pour over the mixture from the first bowl (almond-cocoa-salt mixture). Stir once more before pouring the obtained mixture (it will be liquid, which is normal, don't worry) into a mold lined with baking paper. Place everything in the fridge for 2-3 hours to allow it to set and firm up.

3

Before serving, remove the cake from the mold and take off the parchment paper. Place the raw chocolate cake on the serving plate and spread creamy yogurt on it, having added a tablespoon of agave syrup just beforehand. For a nice presentation, do not spread to the edge so that the chocolate cake is still visible around it, giving it a pizza-like appearance!

4

To finish, all that’s left is to decorate by sprinkling with cut strawberries and blueberries. It’s ready!
