I make them with blueberries because I love it and it's softer, but you can use cocoa nibs (without sugar)… Perfect for those with intolerances and digestive issues, and very delicious!

Ingredients
 40 Chufa flour
 40 Buckwheat flour
 2 Maple syrup
 2 Banana
 1 Egg
 1 Baking soda
 Blueberry
 1 pinch Salt
Directions

Mash the bananas on a plate.

Mix everything together and add the blueberries last.

Place in muffin molds (x6).

To finish, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then for 10 minutes at 150 degrees (convection mode).
