Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix the oatmeal and maple syrup. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and toast for 15 minutes.
Slice the bananas into rounds, segment the oranges, and dice the pear.
To prepare the granola, mix the oats, chocolate chips, coarsely chopped almonds, cranberries, and flaxseeds.
To finish, in 4 bowls, place 1/3 yogurt, 1/3 fruit, and 1/3 granola.
