 150 Greek yogurt with coconut
 300 melon flesh
 powdered coconut and mint for decoration

Retrieve 300 g of melon flesh, cut it into small cubes, and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Once the melon pieces are frozen, place them in your blender with the Greek yogurt and agave syrup.

Blend, scrape the sides with a spatula, and blend again until you achieve the texture you desire... with or without small pieces of fruit.
