 Vegetable oil, for frying
Sautéed zucchini
 5 Zucchini
 25 Salt
 1 Type 45 flour
 1 Butter
 Black pepper, to taste
 1 Chopped parsley
Pasta salad
 1 Rotini pasta
1 Potato (about 50 g), peeled and cut into pieces.
1 Japanese or Persian cucumber, sliced thinly, 2.5 cm.
25 Salt, or more to your liking
 1 Canned corn
 1 Canned tuna, drained
 5 Hard-boiled egg
 2 Mayonnaise
 Black pepper, to taste.
Directions
1

Preparation of fried chicken: In a resealable plastic bag, mix the soy sauce, grated ginger, and garlic. Add the chicken, massage to coat evenly, and let it marinate overnight. Remove the marinated chicken from the bag. Coat each piece evenly with potato starch.

2

Heat the oil to 170 °C and fry the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes or until it is golden and cooked through.

3

Preparation of sautéed zucchini: Peel the zucchini with a peeler to create a striped pattern. Cut the zucchini into slices 1 cm thick. Sprinkle them with salt and set aside for 10 minutes.

4

Pat the zucchini dry with paper towels, then sprinkle them evenly with flour.

5

Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and fry the zucchini until golden. When the zucchini are cooked, season them with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to your taste.

6

Preparation of the pasta salad: Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

7

Boil the potato until it is tender. Drain it and mash it.

8

Sprinkle the cucumber with salt and let it rest for a few minutes to allow it to release excess moisture. Press it between your hands to remove the excess liquid.

9

Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
