Fail-proof Tiramisu: the easy recipe

Tiramisu is a dessert that is not very complicated to make, delicious and with different variations... Here is the classic recipe that I recommend!

Ingredients
 250 Cream cheese
 2 Egg
 2 Fine sugar.
 1 Vanilla sugar
 1 Ladyfinger (cookie)
 2 Coffee
 Rum (optional)
 Powdered chocolate

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff and set them aside in the refrigerator.

In the mixing bowl with the egg yolks, add all the sugars, then gradually the mascarpone. The mixture should be smooth.

Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator and gently fold them into the mixture from step 2.

In a deep dish, pour in the two glasses of diluted coffee and then the rum. Dip the biscuits in it before arranging them in the rectangular dish.

In the same dish, layer successively in the following order: cookies, cream, cocoa powder. And repeat once more.

To finish, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
