Fail-proof Tiramisu: the easy recipe

Tiramisu is a dessert that is not very complicated to make, delicious and with different variations... Here is the classic recipe that I recommend!

 250 Cream cheese
 2 Egg
 2 Fine sugar.
 1 Vanilla sugar
 1 Ladyfinger (cookie)
 2 Coffee
 Rum (optional)
 Powdered chocolate
Directions

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff and set them aside in the refrigerator.

In the mixing bowl with the egg yolks, add all the sugars, then gradually the mascarpone. The mixture should be smooth.

Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator and gently fold them into the mixture from step 2.

In a deep dish, pour in the two glasses of diluted coffee and then the rum. Dip the biscuits in it before arranging them in the rectangular dish.

In the same dish, layer successively in the following order: cookies, cream, cocoa powder. And repeat once more.

To finish, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

    Tiramisu with speculoos A delight. I made the tiramisu in individual ramekins, with speculoos, and on top, I roughly crushed some speculoos to sprinkle over the ramekins. Be careful to use enough cream in each individual serving; otherwise, the biscuit will overpower it.

    Good but..... Good recipe but the quantities are a bit tight for a 20x20 dish..... I could only make one layer... Too bad. My suggestion: Double the quantities.

    To add Good recipe. My suggestion: You can add a little Italian alcohol: marsala, it really gives a good flavor, and chocolate shavings on top.

    Amazing Following the recipe to the letter is perfect, simple, quick, and good. My suggestion: I poured the coffee mixed with coffee extract over the cookies already in the mold.

    It's perfect This recipe is very easy to make, quick, and delicious. My suggestion: I didn't use cocoa powder but made dark chocolate shavings by scraping the squares of a chocolate bar with a knife.
