Place the dates, cashews, almonds, candied oranges, apricots, flaxseed, spirulina, and white guarana in the bowl of the mixer and blend everything together.
Form a small sausage and roll it in poppy seeds. Wrap it and let it firm up for 1 hour in the fridge.
To finish, remove the plastic wrap and cut into slices.
