A seasonal vegan salad!

Ingredients
 2 Chicory
 1 Almond Okara Cake
 4 Walnut halves
 Walnut oil
 Espelette pepper
 1 Curry
 Gomasio
 Salt
Directions

Quickly wash the endives and dry them. Cut into slices. Place in a nice bowl.

Add the tofu cut into pieces. Add the crushed walnut halves.

Sprinkle with chili powder, curry, sesame seasoning, and unrefined salt. Drizzle with a splash of nut oil.

To finish, sprinkle with almond okara.
