The Easter cake is made with chocolate, of course. To prepare an easy traditional Easter cake, here is the recipe.
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the cake: work the butter until it has a creamy consistency, then add the eggs one by one and mix. Add the sugar, sifted flour, and baking powder. Mix.
Grease a cake pan (or a bundt pan). Then pour the cake batter into it. Bake for 35 minutes.
Let cool and unmold.
Prepare the ganache: melt the chocolate using a double boiler and bring the cream to a boil. Off the heat, slowly add the cream to the melted chocolate while stirring.
Pour the ganache over the cake. Let it rest for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
To finish, decorate with eggs and chocolate treats before serving.
