Discover the easy Brownie recipe, a foolproof and quick treat to satisfy all appetites at snack time and even at breakfast!
Put 100 g of sugar with 2 whole eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the mixture lightens slightly.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan until it becomes very liquid.
Pour the chocolate into the bowl containing the mixture of sugar and eggs. Mix.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture while stirring (be careful, the more flour there is, the harder it is to use the whisk).
Add chunks of chocolate (larger than chips as they will melt during baking). Grease and flour a pan and pour the mixture into it.
To finish, bake for 35 minutes at 150°C-160°C (thermostat 5). (I recommend checking from 25 minutes and monitoring the cooking.)
