An easy recipe to make and very good. It can be made in any mold; just poke the cake at the end of baking with the tip of a knife to check if it is done. If it's cooked, the blade comes out clean; otherwise, continue baking for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Pour the sugar and the egg into the bowl of the mixer and beat until pale. Add the sour cream while continuing to mix gently. Combine the flour with the baking powder and add everything to the mixer. Finally, add softened or melted, but cold, butter. Mix for 5 minutes until you achieve a well-blended dough. Meanwhile, peel and cut the apples into not too large pieces. Remove the bowl from the mixer and add the apples, mixing with a spatula.
Butter the pan and then add the brown sugar to coat the pan.
Pour the batter and bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, once cooked, let cool slightly before unmolding.
