Roll out the dough in a pie dish, prick it and fill it with baking beads.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and yogurt.
Open the pod in half, remove the seeds and add them (pod + seeds) to the mascarpone mixture. Mix well with a food processor or electric mixer.
Once the dough has cooled, remove the pod and fill the tart shell with the mixture.
Add the raspberries.
To finish, place it in the refrigerator and enjoy well chilled.
