A crustless quiche recipe from my mom, perfect for a picnic, a barbecue, or cut into squares for an appetizer.

Ingredients
 100 Flour
 3 Egg
 ½ Milk
 Salt and pepper
 Nutmeg
 Lardons
 150 Diced ham
 100 Gruyere
 Parsley

In a large bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Add the bacon, cubed ham, 1 packet of grated cheese, and a few sprigs of parsley.

Finally, butter the mold and bake at 7 (200 to 220°C) for about 40 minutes.
