These potatoes are crispy and creamy at the same time and can compete with fries. They will be perfect to accompany any dish. It is really very easy to make and economical, for a delicious, indulgent, and light result. Because these potatoes are much less fatty than those sold commercially.

Ingredients
 1 French fries
 50 Breadcrumbs
 50 grated parmesan
 1 Paprika
 1 garlic powder
 ½ ground coriander
 1 dried oregano
 1 dried basil
 1 Salt
 ¼ Pepper
 olive oil (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection) or 200°C (static).

Wash the potatoes well and dry them. Cut them in half, then cut each half into 2 or 3 pieces. This depends on the size of your potatoes.

In a bowl, mix the other ingredients except for the olive oil. Roll each piece of potato in this mixture and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can also place the coating and the potatoes in a large covered bowl, close it, and shake well to coat all the potatoes in the mixture at once.

Before baking, drizzle them with a little olive oil. This step is optional. You can easily skip it for a lighter result.

Bake and cook for about 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and soft inside.

To finish, serve immediately to accompany any dish.
