Start by splitting the vanilla bean using a knife.
Pour the milk into the bowl of the mixer, add the vanilla bean, and set for 7 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
Pour the round rice into the bowl, set for 25 minutes at 90°C on reverse mode at speed 2.
Finish by adding the powdered sugar and set for an additional 10 minutes without changing the settings.
Finally, pour the rice pudding into a bowl or small cups and let it cool for at least 3 hours before serving.
