I love eating this pan-fried cauliflower dish in winter; it warms you up! A bit of cream and onion, which you can also enhance with bacon, garlic, egg, or various spices. It's a comforting complete dish.

Pan Cooking Cut the onion coarsely and sauté it in a pan with olive oil. Once well browned, add the frozen cauliflower and stir.

Add the cream. Then add the cream, stir for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and cover the pan with a lid. Stir approximately every 5 minutes and add a little water if the cream reduces quickly.

Simmer Cook for a total of 20 minutes; if the cabbage does not separate easily, leave it for 5 more minutes.

    cauliflower with cream I also make this recipe with liquid cream, but I put it in the oven for a few minutes and add cheese on top. It's really good and simple.

    Very good Very good recipe, simple and quick to make. A real treat. My suggestion: I prefer to add the cream at the end of cooking because the flavor stands out more.
