Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Preparing the coconut cake batter In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, add the liquid cream, the milk, the rum, and then the grated coconut. Let it cool and set aside.
With a whisk, beat the egg with the sugar, gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
In a buttered mold, place half of the cake batter, spread the coconut filling on top, and finally add the other half of the batter.
Cooking Place in the oven and let cook for 40 minutes.
Unmolding Remove from the mold when warm or cold and enjoy.
