Ingredients
 3 Egg
 ½ Bowl of sugar
 ½ Bowl of oil
 125 Butter
 2 Vanilla sugar
 ½ Baking powder
 500 Flour
 Coconut
Directions
1

Mix all the ingredients well one at a time; for the butter, put a little in the microwave to soften it (it should not be completely melted).

2

Once the dough is ready, take a small amount of dough and roll it with the palm of your hand, not forming a round ball but a slightly flattened shape, and place it on a baking sheet.

3

Place in the oven (150°) and wait for the cakes to bake. Do not brown too much as the biscuit will become too hard afterward.

4

Take two cookies and put them in the jam to stick them together. This will form a ball.

5

Roll the ball in the coconut.

6

To finish, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Coconut Cake with Jam Recipe

I have made the recipe several times using a whole packet of yeast. Today I only used half the packet and my cakes did not rise. Next time I won't make the same mistake.

So I made the cakes, they are really good, Except that yes, indeed, the dough is way too oily, so I had to add flour to tone down the oil. So I recommend putting in half a glass of oil.

Excellent! I don't usually make cakes, but this one is very easy and delicious!!! Instead of jam, you can also use Nutella.

Simple, easy to make, and delicious recipe. I followed the recipe and it was just a pure delight. Not having apricot jam, I used strawberry instead, but it worked well too. Thank you very much!!

It's a recipe that I used to make with my mother before the celebration, and when we let our family taste it, they immediately wanted to know the recipe.
