Classic Salmon Cake Recipe

Ingredients
 3 Egg
 100 Flour
 ½ Baking powder
 10 Milk
 10 Sunflower oil
 70 Grated cheese
 200 Smoked salmon sliced into strips
 10 Chives
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Whisk the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Gradually incorporate the oil, the warmed milk, and then the grated cheese.

Add the slices of salmon and the chopped chives.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan, then bake your smoked salmon cake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 45 minutes.

Finally, wait 15 minutes, then remove the cake from the mold and place it on a rack.
