Today I propose an addictive treat - sugar-coated nuts. Roasted nuts, with a crunchy sweet coating, flavored with vanilla and cinnamon - pure bliss! It's so delicious! It's hard to stop. Moreover, it's so easy to prepare, truly within everyone's reach.
Preheat the oven to 130°C, static heat.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
In a larger bowl, whisk together the egg white, water, and vanilla extract with a hand whisk until it becomes frothy.
Add the nuts and mix well with a spoon to coat them.
Add the sugar and mix well again to coat the nuts.
Pour the nuts onto the baking sheet and spread them in a single layer.
Bake and cook for 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes.
Let cool before consuming.
To finish, store in a closed tin box.
