 75 Chorizo
 100 Grated cheese
 50 Butter
 175 Flour
 ½ Yeast
 4 Egg
 15 Milk
 Salt
 Pepper

Melt the butter.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually mix in the milk until you achieve a smooth batter. Incorporate the melted butter. Then add the chorizo, without its casing and cut into very small cubes, as well as the cheese. Mix well.

Preheat the waffle maker. When it is at temperature, pour a ladle of batter into the grids, and cook for about 3 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

Finally, repeat the operation until the dough is depleted.

    I love this recipe and so does my family!! I make it very often and it is always a success! I add dried tomatoes and onions that I have cooked beforehand. It's a delight!!!

    Surprising, easy, and quick recipe. The mixture is truly a success: the waffles are really soft and enjoyable. Well done! My suggestion: However, do not add salt, as the chorizo makes the recipe salty on its own, and personally, I made it with only 3 eggs instead of 4.
