Fill up on sweetness with a chocolate cream reminiscent of our childhood. This recipe is inspired by a children's snack book by a pastry chef.

For the chocolate cream
 200 Dark baking chocolate
 80 Cornstarch
 50 Sugar
 1 Milk
For the whipped cream
 20 30% fat liquid cream
 ½ clove Bourbon vanilla
 2 Powdered sugar

Prepare the chocolate cream. In a saucepan, add the cornstarch and sugar, then gradually mix in the milk while whisking vigorously until you have a smooth mixture. Heat over low heat while stirring. After 5 minutes, when the mixture starts to thicken, remove from heat.

Add the chocolate in pieces and mix until it is completely melted. Divide the mixture into 6 containers, let it cool, and store in the refrigerator.

Prepare the whipped cream. Beat the very cold cream at medium speed, then increase the speed until the cream thickens. Add the seeds from the vanilla pod and the powdered sugar, and whip for another 30 seconds.

Using a piping bag (or simply a spoon), place whipped cream on the cups and serve immediately.
